学校重建项目
To date, the Foundation has refurbished a total of 22 schools in different parts of rural Xinjiang, providing the facilities and a safe environment for students in rural communities.
基金会从2003年开始在新疆开展校舍重建项目。當時農村學校的設施只屬基本，有些學校建築物更存在結構性問題，影響孩子的學習和安全。项目一共为22所学校的学生们创造了更安全完备的学习环境。
ESQUEL LIBRARIES & BOOKS DONATION
图书捐赠项目
In rural areas of Xinjiang, libraries and books were once scarce. To help expand knowledge and promote interest in learning, the Foundation donated 330,000 books to 1,011 schools since 2003.
基金会的图书捐赠项目从2002年启动以来，通过向1,100所学校的图书馆捐赠图书，已将超过300,000本图书送到了那些热切的手中，为他们的学习和教育打开了一个全新的世界。
SUPPORT FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
小学生资助项目
Since 2003, the Foundation has provided subsidies to primary school and high school students to supplement their living and school expenses. Over the years, we have witnessed improvements and changing local needs. Government resources have reached primary
schools and the focus of the program changed to high school students which is covered by our Hongzhi Students Programme.
新疆农村地区的贫穷家庭常常要面对子女教育和相关支出时的問題。从2003年起，基金会开始为小学生们提供资助，帮助他们支付学习用品等及相关教育支出，提高他们获得教育的机会。
SUPPORT FOR AIDS-AFFECTED FAMILIES & CHILDREN
关爱艾滋病儿童和家庭
The programme was established in 2005 to provide subsidies to Families in rural Xinjiang whose parents are infected with AIDS but the children are healthy. In addition to the subsidies, the Foundation conducted visits and made donations of daily necessities to these families. We are pleased to see that government funding has reached more and more affected families during the past few years and needs are gradually met.
农村社区的家庭，往往因为父母感染爱滋病，令家庭丧失劳动能力，对家庭来说是严峻的打击。同时由于患病带来的经济负担和精神压力，对家庭，特別是孩子，更是造成摧枯拉朽的影响。基金会从2005年开始为他们提供按月补助，使他们在面对家庭和孩子们的教育支出，
除了物资资助，基金会的志愿者也定期走访这些家庭，聆听他们的心声，关爱他们的生活，并给予精神上的帮助和支持。
